We made good use of the daily bread roll service, and there was plenty for the kids to do, from feeding the animals to the play barn and little play spots around the farm. The family were so welcoming. It was a lovely holiday, even with the awful weather, which obviously wasn't the farm's fault.

Mrs. Kilger was so warm and helpful that we felt welcome straight away. Tom's Cabin was a cozy place to get away from the Christmas rush, tucked into a lovely winter landscape, and furnished with care. The hot tub water line froze one day, which was a bit disappointing, but Mrs. Kilger already had a fix in mind for next time. We'd be happy to return.

The wellness area and what was on offer there were unlike anything we've had at another holiday home. It was such a relaxing, lovely experience. We stayed with the Kilger family in April, and the houses were beautiful, very clean, and had everything we needed. The lady-in-waiting was always available and really friendly. We'd go back anytime.

The houses are cozy, and there's lots of toys for children at this peaceful, really nice farm. I'd definitely recommend it.

The hot tub was the standout for us in the Sonnenblume (Sunflower) house. We already liked the size and amenities when we booked, and it lived up to our expectations. Mrs. Kilger welcomed all six adults, two teenagers, and our toddler right at the farm entrance, and we felt at home immediately. The farm activities gave us a chance to see farm life up close, and our 2.5-year-old especially loved the animals. We'd love to return.
