The owners, a married couple, made sure we had everything we needed, and started each day with a varied breakfast. The guesthouse and its grounds are beautifully maintained, and the surrounding nature made it easy to unwind and enjoy our holiday. I haven't met such friendly, helpful hosts in a long time. Keep up the great work!

We enjoyed the breakfast every day, and there are plenty of reasons we'd return. The place is in a lovely, quiet green setting beside a canal, about a 25-minute walk from the attractive town center. We booked breakfast with our stay and looked forward to it each morning.

We've stayed here more than once, and it keeps earning our five stars plus an extra one. The hosts are charming and genuine, and breakfast is fantastic and varied. You can rent bikes or kayaks, and we tried both. The guesthouse is lovingly furnished, quiet, and beautifully kept, with water views on a huge property surrounded by flowers and nature. The room was roomy, with a large balcony, and I slept really well on the firm mattress. I felt comfortable right away. The guesthouse sits on a large waterfront property with nice places to sit and relax, and the charming canal makes Templin an easy walk away. I booked on the spot, and Mr. Heussen welcomed me warmly to the cozy guesthouse. He was a lovely host and shared useful tips about the region. Great value for money. I'd happily return and recommend it.
