The area is lovely for family hikes, and the apartment is in a great spot. It's roomy enough for a big group, but having just one bathroom doesn't work well for many people. The bedrooms have no blackout curtains, and the stairs upstairs aren't childproof. The whole apartment really needs a thorough deep clean, along with quite a few repairs and renovations. It's a shame, so just three stars.

The heating was a real problem. It was cold when we arrived, and it took two days for the apartment to reach even 20 degrees Celsius. With guests coming in, especially kids, the heating shouldn't simply be set to 18 degrees. That's unacceptable, and I took off a star. The vacation apartment on the right is lovely, well equipped, and fairly priced. A few things could be better: the mezzanine bed is only 170 cm long, and its curtain doesn't block much light. More accurate photos would help. The parking spot is only reached over a high curb. The fireplace is great, but without wood it's no use, especially on arrival day or over a weekend. I expected some wood to be there to start with.

We felt at home right away in this lovingly furnished house. It was clean, and the service was really friendly. The location is great, right by the Bode river and close to both the supermarkets and town center. A fantastic holiday home. We'd happily return, highly recommended!

The apartment itself is great, but the cleanliness and the listing on external booking sites were disappointing. We booked expecting three bedrooms and two bathrooms, but there was one bathroom, a separate toilet, and only two bedrooms, one of them with a single bed. The supposed third bedroom was a curtained bed on the gallery, just 1.70 meters long and not suitable for most adults. With seven adults, some of us had uncomfortable sleeping arrangements and we had to wait a long time for everyone to shower. There were dead flies around the apartment, and we had to pull a huge clump of hair and mucus out of the shower drain so the water could run properly. Management was very friendly afterward and said this was unavoidable because of their booking partner. That's simply not true. It feels like there's a calculated strategy behind it.
