The best part was ending the course together over fresh cinnamon buns and coffee. I joined the Swedish cinnamon bun baking course at Eysölden Castle, and the castle's unusual atmosphere made a wonderful setting. The service was impeccable, and everything was well prepared. The instructor was friendly, explained things clearly, and showed several techniques, so there was something for everyone. The ingredients were all just right, and the group had a pleasant, sociable atmosphere. I highly recommend the course. It was a lovely experience in a special place.

The food is fantastic, and you can feel how much love and creativity everyone puts into looking after guests. Vroni, the lady of the castle, the staff, and the other guests all make you feel at home. The old walls and their beautiful roses, along with the rustic interior, have plenty of charm, but that's not the only reason Eysölden castle has become such a big part of my life. You just won't find this kind of hospitality and dedication anywhere else in the world. I'd give more than five stars if I could. Thanks so much to everyone, and see you Friday as always :)

I picked the tower room for my two-day stay at the castle in Eysölden. It was cozy and beautifully done, with a fantastic view and an inspiring energy. The whole place was decorated with such care. I came across it by chance and am so glad I booked. The lady of the castle is a magical person, and I was welcomed so warmly, shown around the castle, and had everything I needed. Thank you for letting me stay and for all that magical energy 🧚 I'll definitely come back 😊😘
