The location makes it easy to get to the beach or supermarket, and the landlady was friendly. We were welcomed with sparkling wine and beer. The kitchen is practical, the bathroom was good, and the mattresses weren't worn out. It's a nice place for three people, though the children's room has no closet of its own. There's no washer or dryer, unfortunately.
