The staff were lovely, check-in was simple, and the heating worked well. We could walk to the lake, restaurants, and Badeparadies, and there was plenty of parking. We stayed three nights over New Year’s. The fireworks ended about 30-45 minutes after midnight. The beds were noisy and the pillows really uncomfortable, though, and breakfast was basic with very bad coffee. We might come back and bring our own pillows next time 😊

The room was more spacious than we expected, and the location made it easy to get everywhere. Breakfast was delicious and nicely presented, with polite, smiling staff. Everyone was friendly, and check-in and checkout were easy. The room got uncomfortably hot without air conditioning or a fan, but for just one night it was manageable.

We had a lovely time with our family, and the beds and pillows were so comfortable. Everything was really clean and nice, even though the rooms aren't luxurious. Breakfast was delicious, though the only meat was pork salami. There were plenty of other choices, including cereal, bagels, fruit, and biscuits. The hotel only serves breakfast, but there's a pizzeria five minutes away with delicious Italian food. I recommend this place.

We were happy with our stay, and the hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was decent, too. There’s a garage for bikes with some tools available, though we missed having a washing machine and had to wash our bike clothes in the sink instead. The town is very touristy, so watch out for restaurants that charge reasonable prices but serve low-quality food.

The view toward the location is amazing, so driving through the city is worth it. The spot is up in the mountains, but it’s so crowded and packed with useless buildings. The rooms are outdated, and sometimes the door lock doesn't work.
