The shared garden is huge, with grass, kids' games, a trampoline, and a place for a campfire and barbecue. The apartment is just a two-minute walk from Lake Titisee, which you can see from the windows and yard. We had a spacious, comfortable two-floor apartment with three toilets, two living rooms, two bathrooms, and two bedrooms, with room for an extra bed upstairs. It worked well for a family with three or four kids, and there are other apartments for smaller families or couples. The kitchen had everything we needed, including a fridge, dishwasher, oven, and stovetop. Christian was very kind and helped with everything. The location right next to the lake is perfect, and guests receive the Red Black Forest Card. Highly recommended!

We'd stayed in this apartment house on Titisee eight years ago and have now returned with our youngest grandson. We chose Biohaus 4 again, and it's been substantially renovated since our last visit. The location is especially convenient, only a 3-4 minute walk to the lakeshore, with free parking. Christian, the owner, is very helpful with advice and communicates well in English. The apartment has two rooms and a full kitchen; the one drawback is that there's no microwave. There are also some activities for kids, though we didn't use them for our 13-year-old. It's an excellent base for radial tours. You also get the Hochschwarzwald card, which we used for free entry to Steinwasen park and museums, plus the Konus card for transport, which we didn't use because we had a rental car. Highly recommended.

We only arrived yesterday for a five-night stay, so this is just a first impression: the apartment is amazing, the owner is so nice, and the surroundings are breathtaking. More to come later...

We loved our stay, especially being just a minute from the lake and a five-minute walk from the train station. The yard was fantastic, with a trampoline, rabbits, chickens, games, and even a little stream, all surrounded by nature. The apartment was simple, traditional, comfortable, and very clean. The red card saved us a lot of money, and there was plenty to enjoy nearby. Definitely recommend!

We felt very comfortable here. The hosts were warm, and the maisonette was beautiful, well equipped, and right in the center while still being completely quiet.
