We spent 10 days here and felt comfortable despite the poor weather. The accommodation was very clean and well placed for long hikes or bike rides. The Brender couple were friendly and helpful, with good ideas for excursions. Our children loved the playground, and we made good use of the Hochschwarzwald Card, which was included in the price. We wish all guests a pleasant stay here.

Children over 2 are charged the adult rate, even though the apartment can accommodate four people anyway.

The hiking paths start right outside, which was lovely. Our hosts were so welcoming too. We’d happily stay here again.

We found the studio spotless and equipped with everything we needed. The hosts were friendly and always ready to help, and the views all around were lovely. There are plenty of hikes you can start right from the house. Would gladly come back, and I’d recommend it to anyone.

After a day out hiking in the beautiful area, it was great to come back to the apartment and sit in the sunshine on the balcony. We felt right at home, thanks to the very welcoming hosts. We’d definitely recommend staying here.
