Pension Elisabeth

It’s especially quiet here, and the room is cosy and very nice. Mrs. Fricker is so friendly. I’ve been here for a few days and would love to come back for a holiday if I get the chance.

The Fricker family really tries to make everyone feel welcome and take care of what they ask for. The location is superb, and the COVID-19 rules were clearly explained and carefully followed. Breakfast wasn’t served as a buffet because of COVID-19; each morning we filled in a slip with our choices. There was coffee, tea, milk and juice, muesli with yogurt or milk, cold cuts, jams, eggs cooked soft or hard, and a choice of light or dark rolls or bread. We could ask for more or change our order. Our room was clean, spacious and comfortable. We’d love to return.

We’re definitely coming back and would recommend this pension. After a rainy day, the drying room was handy for our wet clothes, and the location worked perfectly for us as hikers, with everything easy to reach. Our room was cosy and had an incredibly beautiful view. Breakfast was excellent, and we also appreciated that it was sustainable. We got such a warm welcome and are very grateful for the lovely stay. Mrs. Fricker and her family were very helpful, with great suggestions for hikes and other activities. The view was fantastic, and the breakfast was generous and delicious. I especially appreciated that the buffet was replenished as it got low, which meant less food went to waste. She also made sure guests kept enough distance in the breakfast room during the pandemic.
