Feriensiedlung Rother

We stayed for a week in early August and loved it. The bungalow was clean, a good size, and furnished with a lot of charm. Its spot at the edge of the forest was wonderfully quiet and relaxing. Our child could play on the meadow playground while we kept an eye on him, and he used the swings every day, sometimes alongside other children staying there. The little aviary was a highlight too. There were mosquitoes and spiders, but that comes with holidaying by the Baltic Sea and in the woods. Trassenheide’s paths are generally short, and coming here always feels like coming home for a holiday. We left our child’s collection of sunglasses in the bungalow. About a week later, Mrs. Rother sent them to us in a package, which was a lovely surprise and much appreciated. We wholeheartedly recommend this lovely place!

Everything was clean, and the peaceful location is perfect for switching off for a while. You can walk to everything, but it’s still quiet. We’ll be back. Some fly screens on the windows would be useful in the wooded setting, though. We had a few visitors :D

Great bungalows at good prices, and the owner is very friendly. The location is top-notch, with a short walk to the beach and shops.

So cozy and clean, with such sweet furnishings that I almost felt at home. The bathroom was spacious and had a window, and the kitchen was spotless. They even left coffee filters. Thanks so much to the little Easter bunny! We’ll be back. The barbecue area is fantastic, and there’s a lawn for sunbathing too. Highly recommended!
