The little issue was the staircase up to the second floor, though that comes with the building's design. TV reception for public channels was just a blur, too. Otherwise, this quiet thatched cottage is superbly located and the grounds are very thoughtfully equipped: two bikes with locks, extra camping chairs, a complete grill, a spare fan heater, plus an oil radiator alongside the underfloor heating. Simply superb.

A quiet, well-kept holiday home, with shops close enough to walk to. Feels like a bit of an insider tip.

Always a pleasure staying here. It would be nice to have a few things for the little ones to play with.
