They were really helpful when we had trouble with our car after checking out. Our room was nice and clean, with a little balcony to sit on, and breakfast had plenty of options.

We just stopped in for coffee, and it was amazing. I can't remember the name of the sweet woman who served us, but she was so informative. This was on 11/23/25. The bathrooms were very clean too.

There's a lovely outdoor spot for coffee and people-watching, and the staff are very accommodating. The location is a particular reason I'd recommend the hotel. The rooms are comfortable but could use a little updating, and I'd have appreciated an iron and ironing board and a fridge in the room. Breakfast is a tad expensive if you have a light appetite, with no alternative.

The room was beautiful, clean, and great. The location is excellent for Trier, about an eight-minute walk from the train station and a minute from the Black Gate.
