There was everything we needed in the holiday apartment at OTTERHAUS, including freshly roasted coffee from their own roastery. It’s very spacious and exceptionally well equipped, and we could help ourselves to drinks from the large fridge in the entrance area. The apartment was spotless and in a quiet location. OTTERHAUS really deserves ten stars.

Set on a very quiet street, this great apartment also has a large balcony. Highly recommended!

This was our second holiday at Otterhaus, and we felt right at home in the beautiful apartment. The Ott family gave us such a warm welcome. The area is ideal for hiking. Hopefully we’ll see you again next year!

The hosts were friendly and very helpful, and they had plenty of books and hiking maps for the Palatinate Forest and surrounding area, with lots of useful information. Downstairs there’s a small coffee roastery with a wide selection, a paradise for coffee lovers. The holiday apartment is spacious and well maintained, in a quiet location not far from the forest edge. It’s a great base for hikes.

We mountain bikers have now stayed at Otterhaus for the second time, and we’ll be back. The hosts are incredibly nice, and the apartment is lovely with everything you could need. If you’re a mountain biker around Trippstadt, there are endless rides through the forest! Thanks again for the wonderful 5 days. P.S. We love your coffee.
