The experience was very bad. There was a strong cigarette smell in the reception area and across the whole floor.

At €75 per person per night, this was the poorest hotel I've ever seen, and I won't return to hotel Bären. The place was very old and dirty, and payment by bank card was a problem. The staff got nervous and blamed me for my card not working, though my colleagues had the same issue.

The room was clean, the bathroom modern, and reception very friendly. 👍
