We only needed somewhere for one night, so we booked Gasthaus Paula. It turned out to be a great surprise: the owners were perfect hosts, the rooms were high quality, and the services were convenient. Breakfast was a lovely way to start the day. We’ll definitely return and stay longer to enjoy their hospitality.

The drive there was scenic, and the hotel is in a beautiful spot. It’s a very compact, family-run place with basic facilities, but the service was wonderful and breakfast was excellent.

The host made us feel genuinely welcome. Our room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and breakfast was excellent.

You’ll definitely need a car here. We spent a week on a hiking holiday and had very friendly, professional hosts. Breakfast and dinner were both excellent. The buffet had plenty of choice, including fried eggs, omelets, filled croissants, pancakes, and fresh quark with fruit. Cold drinks are available around the clock on an honor system, you just write down what you take. Our room was fantastic too. Dogs are allowed, but we neither saw nor smelled any.

A great base for hiking, cycling, and mountain biking, with well-kept accommodation in beautifully renovated rooms and apartments. The breakfast buffet was super luxurious. The owners really go above and beyond to make your stay unforgettable. You can also sign up for dinner, which is incredibly delicious. The hostess puts her heart and soul into the cooking, and you can taste it in the dishes.
