The landlady was wonderfully hospitable, and we found it hard to leave. The little apartment is charming, carefully furnished and decorated, impeccably maintained, and spotlessly clean. A lovely place to begin a holiday. Thank you so much!

We came with a large dog and stayed in the ground-floor studio in June. The owner welcomed us warmly and was always available. It’s small, but works perfectly well for two, and the terrace is a lovely spot in good weather. If you want to cook for yourself, everything you need is there, including appliances and dishes. For families with dogs, there’s a forest path almost right outside leading to the beach, as well as a road to the beach. The location suited us perfectly: it’s easy to walk to the Achterwasser lagoon and nearby restaurants. The tourist tax also lets you take the train for free to other seaside resorts, even with a dog. If you want the bustle of the bigger resorts, this probably isn’t the place for you. But if you’re after peace and a beautiful beach, it’s ideal. We really enjoyed our stay as dog owners. 👍

You can park right in front of the apartment. It’s a very nice place in a quiet location, and both the beach and Achterwasser lagoon are just a short walk away.

The town is peaceful and less crowded than some other places, and shops are about a 10-minute walk away. It takes around 15 minutes to walk to the beach. The apartment is furnished so thoughtfully and lovingly, with everything you could need. We felt very comfortable and will definitely return. Highly recommended!
