The breakfast really sets you up for the day, and the coffee is a welcome start for someone like me who can’t get going without it ;) It’s a calm, quiet hotel with a lovely, professional team. I’d recommend staying here and enjoying Uetersen while you’re in town for business. Greetings to the hotel staff.

There’s not much happening here in the evening: the hotel is mostly unmanned, with no restaurant or bar. There is a lounge with games and drinks you can take on the honor system. That suited me fine on a business trip, since I mainly wanted peace, a clean room, and a good night’s sleep. Anyone looking for a livelier place should probably choose somewhere else. The rooms are spacious, spotless, and pleasant. Breakfast was a well-stocked buffet, and the friendly staff did their best to bring out anything that was missing. I only really saw them at breakfast. It’s an interesting, fairly small hotel.

Breakfast had a great range of food. The room decor looks a little dated, but the room was comfortable and very clean.

The quiet setting and lovely sunset views were a highlight. The rooms are nice, and breakfast is good too.
