The beds were comfortable, reception service was good, and the price felt fair for clean, well-equipped rooms. Getting there by car seems easiest, though. I wouldn’t recommend it if you’re relying on public transport, since the S train is quite far and there are lots of stairs. The shower temperature also varied a bit, and the toilet had weak water pressure.

The friendly, knowledgeable front desk was a plus, and the price is reasonable. It’s aimed more at business travelers than people on a leisure trip, and the location isn’t very convenient. If you want somewhere more central, I personally wouldn’t recommend it. For a reasonably priced hotel, though, it’s a good option.

Being pet-friendly is what earned this place five stars from us. The room was clean and comfortable, and the small freezer came in handy. Staff were friendly, and the amenities worked fine, though nothing particularly stood out. McDonald's is about a 5-6 minute walk away, but the area around the hotel felt a little dark and quiet. A solid, simple stay if you’re traveling with pets.

Breakfast was okay, and the place was clean. When I tried turning on the desk light, there was an electrical short circuit in my room. I asked reception to move me, and they gave me an upgrade to a larger, more comfortable room.

The employees are what make this hotel good. They’re lovely, but there’s room to improve the dated rooms and bathrooms. The bedding was absolutely horrendous, with sheets and pillows more suited to a prison than a hotel. Prices at the bar and restaurant are outrageously high.
