The room itself was clean and nice, and the front desk staff were helpful. But this place was cheap and inconvenient, which was a problem since we mainly needed laundry after a long trip. There was just one washer and dryer working for the whole hotel. The other pair was out of order because the coins hadn't been emptied, or so it seemed. Even with everything running, that would only make two of each for everyone. We now have to find a laundromat before continuing our trip. We tried to pay the €10 parking charge in advance, but were told online payment wasn't possible. By the time we arrived, finding a spot was tight, and there might not be enough spaces. There's no air conditioning or fans, which isn't advertised, and south-facing rooms get hot. Also, bring your own dishwasher detergent. Guests are asked to load and start the dishwasher before leaving, but no detergent is provided.

The rooms and the hotel were spotless, and the rooms had everything we needed to cook for ourselves. There's an Edeka right next door, plus some very good restaurants within a 15-minute walk. Getting around was easy too. Two train stations are about a 15-minute walk away, with direct connections to Munich and the airport. We had a problem with self check-in after midnight, but I called the WhatsApp number and a young woman came down to reception within a couple of minutes and fixed it almost straight away. I highly recommend the hotel to friends and family, and we'll definitely come back. Thank you!

The staff were friendly, and the room was clean and comfortable. It had a kitchen area with a few cooking utensils. There's also a small supermarket next door.

We had a lovely weekend. The two women at reception were welcoming and friendly, and the location was great, close to edeka.

There's no breakfast, but a bakery and an Edeka supermarket are right next door. Parking is available, including spaces for minibuses. The room was very practical, with a small kitchenette. Just be aware that dishwasher tablets aren't supplied. The doors inside the building shut really loudly, though at night it was otherwise quiet despite the road in front.
