Infinity Hotel & Conference Resort Munich

The spa and pool were brilliant, and the overall atmosphere was great. Everything feels well finished, and all the staff I met were polite, helpful, and great. I had a great stay and plan to come back. The rooms are clean but honestly a bit average, and it's a shame there's no fridge. The location depends on where you're going. The town itself isn't much to write home about, and the hotel is a little out of the town and retail area. There's plenty of parking and a brilliant supermarket across the road. The food at the hotel is good, and breakfast is good too, though €33 is overpriced, so try to get it cheaper as part of the room. The different restaurants on site mostly offer the same things, so just choose the one where you'd most like to sit.

I spent a full week at INFINITY Hotel Munich for a conference. The food was outstanding, from the generous breakfasts and all-day catering to dinner. The restaurant's wiener schnitzel was top-tier. The interiors are attractive and well designed, and even though the hotel is huge, it doesn't feel overwhelming. The conference facilities were good, too. There’s a very good gym that's free for hotel guests. There's also a pool and sauna area, though I didn't use it. The hotel information said access might cost about €15. The location suited my needs. It's far from central Munich but less than 15 minutes from the airport by car. Across the street there's a Kaufland, a small shopping center, and a McDonald’s. The S-Bahn station is about a 20-minute walk away. In the other direction, there are quiet Bavarian villages and a small lake, good for a 20-30 minute walk or a run during conference breaks. Reception has maps. The rooms were the weak point. They weren't soundproofed well, so I could hear nearly everything from neighboring rooms. The loud door slamming every day was especially irritating. The bed was comfortable, but one side had wheels and moved when I shifted. The large bathroom was cleverly laid out, with a bathtub and a big shower. Ironing equipment was available on request. The air conditioning only blew weak, warm air throughout my stay, whatever setting I used. Opening the windows was the only effective way to control the temperature. Housekeeping staff were friendly, but the room wasn't cleaned very thoroughly. The toiletries they left varied randomly each day. By the end of the week I had a dozen unnecessary conditioners and balms, but often had to ask for shower gel or shampoo. The towel sets were inconsistent as well. It's a good business hotel if you know what to expect, with great food and nice interiors, but the rooms have some clear drawbacks.

Our airline put us up here after a canceled flight. The hotel was very nice, about 15 minutes from the airport, and next to a large grocery store where we could pick up snacks. The staff were very helpful, the food was good, and our room was in great condition and well maintained.

The restaurant and bar staff were amazing and went out of their way to arrange dinner reservations. Still, I wouldn't stay here again for the price. I booked the most expensive option, the Presidential Suite at Infinity Hotel Munich, expecting a premium stay, but it was underwhelming. Check-in was chaotic because the hotel was completely booked. Several things in the suite didn't work: the TV was broken, the Nespresso machine wouldn't function, and the bedroom window blew open by itself and nearly damaged the TV. The shower water never got hot, which was frustrating in a room that's supposed to be high-end. I also hoped the spa would be a highlight, but it wasn't relaxing, with loud guests shouting across the area.
