Ürzig made it easy to explore the Mosel valley, and Hotel Zehnthof was a great base for our four nights. After long hikes, I ate dinner at the hotel several times. The pork with creamy mushroom sauce was one of the best comforting, down-to-earth meals I had on the trip. The rooms and hotel are spacious and comfortable, and the restaurant looks out over the river. Everyone on staff was incredibly friendly. Best of all, breakfast was fresh and generous every day. They also make incredible wine, so don't leave without a few bottles.

We had a lovely view of the Mosel from our room. The hotel is right across from the river, and breakfast was simple but nicely prepared.

The rooms were nice, the place was clean, the people friendly, and the food good. A wonderful hotel. Come see for yourself, and remember to take a box of their wine when you leave.

The wine and the view are good, but keep your expectations for the food modest.

Everyone is welcome here, and the service was great. Our waiter was very nice, and we didn't run into any language barrier.
