We booked the apartment last year, and they kept our 150 euros deposit, which felt totally unfair. The handle on a Velux window broke, but we could see it had already been glued. We had photos showing the glue sitting over the crack, yet they still kept the deposit. The apartment gets warm in summer, the fridge didn’t cool properly, and the interior wasn’t very cosy. In our opinion, poor value for money and poor service.

Horrible, terrible, and an unfriendly manager!

We rented three apartments for four days. They switched the heating on after we asked, but one place stayed freezing even with the control at level 5. Another was very dirty, with dust in the cupboards and plates and cutting boards left dirty by the previous guests. The furnishings were adequate, though the advertised fitness room wasn’t there. WiFi was quite expensive, but we could live with that. The apartments are worn, and one had no proper beds, just parts of a sofa with mattresses on top. It wasn’t comfortable, but it worked and beat sleeping on the floor. The toilets were very clean, and cleaning supplies for the sink and toilet were provided.

Just as pictured, this was a small, lovely apartment, and we had a wonderful stay. The landlord was very nice and always available. Thank you so much, Mr. Wolf. We were delighted to stay with you.

After a great SIXPACK tournament, we slept here for about three hours, then showered and left. I can’t say much more 😎
