The food was way better than I expected. The room, though, felt too echoey to me. It could use a rug or something on the walls to keep the sound from bouncing around so much. Good for what it is.

For the lunch stop during the charity convoy at the 25th Twinduro Rally, we chose Gasthaus Johanning as our partner accommodation. About 80 motorcyclists were taking part in the convoy, which raised funds for the Solling Children's Home in Neuhaus. They had only about an hour at the inn before setting off again, so we arranged the food with the kitchen ahead of time: vegetarian vegetable stew, pea soup with bacon, and frankfurters with bread rolls. The participants enjoyed it very much. Service was attentive and the team handled the unusual setup to the full satisfaction of both the riders and our organizing group. We didn't stay overnight, so I can't say anything about the rooms.
