Parking at the hotel was handy, and it’s less than a 10-minute walk to get around. The rooms were clean, with soft beds, though the bathrooms felt cramped. Service was good, but they wouldn’t tell me which sherry they serve at check-in. I loved it, it’s the best wine I’ve ever tasted. That bathroom and the unanswered question kept my scores at 4/5 for the room and service.

The breakfast buffet was good, and the room was clean. The staff were friendly and helpful, too. But the noise was extreme, so bring earplugs if you stay here. I slept terribly, which is why I’m giving it only 2 stars. For this price, I expected a bit more. Dangast is a village you can see in an hour.
