I noticed some reviews on your Google Business Profile that may not follow Google’s policies, including possible fake reviews, spam, conflicts of interest, or inappropriate content. I specialize in finding and reporting reviews like these through Google’s official channels and policy-based methods. I can take an initial look at your profile for free and point out reviews that may have a strong chance of removal, with no obligation. Let me know if you’d like me to check.

The room was clean and pleasant, and the location worked well. Getting the key meant checking in at another hotel nearby, though, which was a bit of a hassle.

I understood what I was booking, but I still strongly disagree with a big chain removing basic services in a way that makes the stay worse for guests.

The location was a real plus, with restaurants, a convenience store, and public transport all within walking distance. The staff were friendly, too. The room felt small, and the sound insulation wasn't great. I could hear footsteps from upstairs. There was only one drinking cup, and no refrigerator in the room. Check-in was a nightmare. I waited 30 minutes because this hotel has no check-in desk, and there was no sign telling me to go to the other hotel 290m away. Also, don't trust the pictures in the hotel brochure, they were taken at the other hotel, best western.

The kettle had rust and other stains on it, far too disgusting to use. The shutters were also extremely noisy whenever there was even a little wind, and the lift was out of service for two of my four days. The advertised messe shuttle was rarely available, and there was no bus on weekends. Never again.
