I arrived at around 11:00 PM and tried several times to reach the hotel, but no one answered and I couldn't get any help. I ended up without support and had to find another hotel for the night. The entrance says assistance is available 24/7, but that wasn't the case when I needed it. It was a stressful, unprofessional experience. If a hotel advertises round-the-clock help, someone should actually be reachable. I can't recommend this place, especially if you're arriving late at night.

It's an OK basic hotel, and the city centre is within walking distance. You get your key through an app on your phone. Staff are only around during breakfast, but they're very friendly.

The neon sign was placed so that it lit up our room completely. With the room glowing like an alien invasion theme, we got no sleep. There was no reception available to move us to another room.

Breakfast was very good, and there was free underground parking. It was also possible to get accommodation at any time.

The rooms are big, but the quality is average and the furniture is old. The staff are friendly. Fine for a short stay.
