The night staff member was so kind and helpful. I had a reservation problem for my parents while I wasn't there, and he walked me through everything one step at a time, which made it much less stressful. I really appreciated his help. Great experience.

The bed was very comfortable, and the room was great and clean. Everything else was fine too, thank you. But check-in was incredibly complicated, my god.

There was no staff around, but we had everything we needed for a pleasant night, and the rooms were spacious with a nice view of nature. We stopped here on the way from Denmark and would recommend it. There's an elevator, though the place isn't barrier-free.

We had all the necessary details by email beforehand, and breakfast was satisfying. Being close to the Autobahn made this a great stop for our long drive with the kids.

Everything you need in a hotel room was there, and it was nice and clean. Getting in and to the room both worked by swipe, so from booking through checkout I didn't have any contact with anyone, which was a first for me. Breakfast was an affordable option, though I didn't choose it, so I can't comment on the details. The hotel is close to the Autobahn. I'd book again.
