We chose Kauers – Boutique Hotel & Restaurant as a handy motorway stop while driving back from Berlin to Belgium. We arrived well before the 4 PM check-in and couldn't leave our luggage ahead of time, but the staff were still polite and welcoming. Our room was in the new building, beautifully decorated, luxurious, and well insulated. It was very comfortable, though it had no safe or minibar. Dinner in the cozy hotel restaurant was delicious, and our host was friendly and attentive. Breakfast was simple and enjoyable, with excellent coffee, and everyone we met during the stay was hospitable. We'll definitely come back next time we travel from Berlin.

I've been here for a couple of days on a work trip. The staff have been kind and helpful, especially Tombias, who goes out of his way to help and doesn't expect any thanks. I'd highly recommend the place.

The boutique hotels have lovely decor, and the restaurant was an added treat. I had a delicious 300g steak, cooked just right. Room service was poor, though. The old towel was fraying at the end and needs to be retired.

A really cosy, warm hotel, with fresh, very good breakfast. My room was quiet and comfortable, and everything was perfectly clean. The staff were polite and helpful, and even if you don't speak German, you'll be understood and things get done. Highly recommended if you need a good rest while travelling through Germany.

The Caesar Salad is very good, and the staff are really nice. Good food overall. I enjoy coming here.
