Hotel Rahserhof

The service made our day easy. They were so friendly and always nearby to top up coffee or tea or help with anything else. We had brunch for 22, and it went well beyond what I expected. The fresh bread rolls were plentiful, as were the fresh meats and cheeses. Thanks!

Breakfast was delicious, with fresh local ingredients, and the restaurant exceeded my expectations with its food. Hotel Rahserhof also had immaculate rooms, cozy furnishings, and modern amenities, so I was comfortable. From the moment I arrived, the staff's warm welcome, genuine friendliness, and attention to detail made the stay memorable. The location in Viesen, Germany, had picturesque views and made local attractions easy to reach. I came away feeling Hotel Rahserhof exceeded every expectation, whether for business or leisure, and I can't wait to return.

The kitchen is a real strong point. Dinner's menu is small, but the dishes are amazing, especially the Roast Beef in my photo, and the prices are fair. Breakfast also shows how much care the kitchen staff put in: everything is individually packed in small containers on white dishes. The eggs arrived just right, with soft yolks, chives, and black pepper. I travel to Viersen often because my company's headquarters are there, and in my opinion Rahserhof is by far the best hotel I've visited in the city. For someone traveling on business, it has what I need: a welcoming, almost familiar reception, spotless rooms, firm mattresses, comfortable linens, a desk, and a comfortable armchair for working. A couple of small things could be better without getting in the way of a stay. I'd prefer an individual shower kit to the gel soap dispenser, and the toilet paper could be better quality. Wi-Fi signal can fluctuate depending on the room or floor. It's fine for simple work, though streaming video is affected. I highly recommend Rahserhof.

Clean and comfortable place. The restaurant is great, with tasty, well-cooked food and good quality. Service was quick and kind.
