The owners live above the apartment and were always friendly and ready to help, with useful tips whenever we had questions. They were easy to reach when we needed something, while otherwise giving us space. We really appreciated that. We spent 10 lovely days there as a family of three, and the apartment went beyond what we expected. The access code arrived a few days beforehand, so getting in was relaxed. Inside, it was cozy, spotless, and thoughtfully prepared, with everything we needed and then some. The provided "Meine Card Plus" saved us a lot, even though we only used a small part of the local attractions. It was very hot outside, but the apartment stayed pleasantly cool as long as we shut the sunny-side windows in time. We also had our own garden space with seating and a grill. The location suited us well for quiet time and trips around Lake Edersee. Sachsenhausen has an EDEKA supermarket, Lidl, Aldi, a gas station, restaurants, and other shops we didn't use. The drives varied depending on where we were going, but the apartment felt centrally placed and everything was easy to reach. We'd love to return. Everything was set up with such care, down to the spices, oil, herbs, and private grill. We had a wonderful time in this fantastic holiday apartment and will definitely come back.
