The breakfast turned out to be a nice surprise, with a good spread of sweet and savory choices. Staff made me coffee and even prepared waffles while I was there, which was a lovely personal touch. I only stayed a couple of nights, so I didn't get a chance to try the wellness area. Maybe next time. My single room had a full-size double bed and the basics, and it was warm, which I appreciated since I feel the cold. It was a comfortable, practical place to wind down after work, without anything fancy. Hotel ambiente is small and cozy, and worked well for my stay in town for work. It's friendly and no-frills. Have a nice trip.

Breakfast was delicious, the room was clean, and it was close to my office. Reception was accommodating and let me check in early. I slept well, though I would've liked two pillows instead of one. Still, I had a pleasant two-night stay.

There are serious security concerns at this hotel, and my stay at Hotel Ambiente in Walldorf was absolutely terrible. I was there as a corporate guest, the kind of business the hotel depends on, and I've never been treated so badly. The receptionist, Miriam, was unbelievably rude, aggressive, and unprofessional. The service and behavior were disgraceful. I wouldn't want anyone else to go through this. Avoid the hotel at any cost.

The receptionist, Miriam, was unbelievably rude, aggressive, and unprofessional. At one point, hotel staff told me reception wasn't available because the receptionist was asleep. Completely outrageous. I'm a corporate guest, the kind of guest this hotel makes its living from, yet I was treated with no respect. My experience at Hotel Ambiente in Walldorf was absolutely terrible, with disgraceful service and unacceptable behavior. I wouldn't want anyone else to go through it. Avoid this hotel at all costs.

Kluivert kept looking until my lost ring turned up and didn't give up before it was found. I'm very grateful. The rooms were accommodating and the service was wonderful too. Thank you!
