The host was helpful and informative, and the rooms were very clean. It’s about a ten-minute walk to the town centre, but the views over the village and mountains make this a great spot. Good value for money, and I highly recommend the hotel.

We stayed two nights during BMW Motorrad Days 2019, when every hotel in Garmisch was full. This nice hotel is about 19 km from Garmisch-Partenkirchen. The rooms were good and breakfast was great.

A quiet, pleasant family hotel with clean, nice rooms and a generous breakfast. The owner, Mr. Max wolfgang, made it feel personal. I'll definitely come back.

The Alps view from the window was stunning, and the rooms were cozy and clean. We didn't need a fridge or TV since we weren't there to eat in the room or watch television. Breakfast was decent. The owner also acted as housemaster and waiter, and he was pleasant, open, and sociable. I liked the hotel and know where I'll stay next time I'm in the area. A good choice if you don't need much.

I used to come here with my grandparents, and while passing through I hoped to revisit some memories and maybe book a room another time. Instead, the owner told me from his balcony to leave the property while I was still in the parking lot, once he found out I wasn't a current guest. I've never been treated so rudely at a hotel. I won't vacation here. I can only advise people to avoid this old, musty building. With a manager like that, the beautiful views don't make up for it.
