The rooms are modern and comfortable, though nothing extravagant, and the hotel has a great spot right by the lake in the center. The breakfast buffet was good, too. What really stood out was the staff: from reception to breakfast and housekeeping, everyone greeted us with a smile and tried to help make our stay pleasant. Their kindness and service were unmatched, and all the little touches made a real difference. I'd come back in a heartbeat.

The Family Suite on the Lobby floor had a lovely terrace with seating and a lake view. The separate bedroom's double bed was comfortable, and the modern bathrooms were clean. The staff had prepared a baby bed for our one-year-old, which was just right. We could hear some noise because the room was beside the elevator and Reception, though closing the inner door to the living area helped. There also seemed to be a floor lamp missing: the only light in the whole room was a small one over the coffee bar, and it wasn't enough to brighten everything. Those were minor issues and didn't spoil our stay. The location and friendly staff were great.

A lovely hotel, with great service and an amazing breakfast. The restaurant is the best in town.

We were apparently among the first guests after the 2025 reopening, and the place was exceptionally good. The food was delicious, the service wonderful, and the atmosphere great, almost hard to believe for a small town like Waren Müritz. Highly recommended. Keep it up, we'll definitely be back!
