The mix of antique furniture and modern comforts feels just right. There are charming details tucked all around the house, and it’s furnished with so much care. I felt welcome and at home there.

We’d happily stay here again. The converted barn is spotless and beautifully done, and the owner and his family are so welcoming. There’s a sauna, a little library, a garden and fireplace, along with several bedrooms and bathrooms. It’s a great spot to unwind with a glass of wine or head out and explore the lovely area.

We found everything we usually miss when away, and it all worked perfectly. The house is cozy and laid out so practically, with clever, unusual touches and hidden corners that made it fun to look around. We spent four wonderful days there. The owner is very pleasant, and the surroundings are beautiful and varied. We’ll definitely be back! Greetings from Berlin

We’ve been to Weenzen several times, and friends have stayed there more than once after we recommended it. There’s lots of room to relax and enjoy some peace and quiet. I especially enjoy browsing the many books in the library and trying the recipes in the spacious kitchen.
