What made the business stay for me was how helpful the front desk team were. Michaela, I think that was her name, sorted out reservations I'd booked for the wrong dates and helped me find remote parking since my vehicle wouldn't fit in the garage. Her colleague answered my questions about local restaurants too. Both gave visitors a really welcoming first impression, and they're a credit to the hotel.

Breakfast had some especially good bits, like fresh fruit and homemade jam. The strawberry and rhubarb one was great. I also found beer from the brewery in the minibar at a very reasonable price. My room was large and had all the amenities I could ask for.

The staff were so friendly and the service was amazing. Weiden's center is right there, with restaurants and shopping just steps away. My spacious suite was spotless when I arrived, and the bed was comfortable. I really enjoyed all five days here. I'll be back, and I can't say enough good things about the place.
10/10
I've stayed here twice now, including a visit of over 30 days this time. The hotel staff and service are terrific, and I've made some great friends during my stays. Breakfast and the main restaurant both serve excellent food. It's easy to walk to shops and other places to eat, and the train station is about a 15-minute walk if you're heading to Nurenberg or Regensburg. I'd definitely recommend it.
10/10
The staff were fantastic, the rooms ultra clean, and the food delicious and plentiful. I've stayed at many famous hotels, including the Ritz-Carlton Central Park South and Marriott Marquis, among others, and I'd be just as happy to return here as to any of them. One of the best hotel experiences I've had. Can't recommend it highly enough.
