The welcome was warm, and breakfast was lovely. We booked at the last minute because we needed a rest, and the beautiful surroundings made it feel like the right choice. The service was fantastic, too. A kind German couple even went out of their way to cook us schnitzel, although I don't think it was on that evening's menu.

The views were lovely, and the tucked-away setting made for a charming stay. The owners were incredibly kind and hospitable, and both dinner and breakfast were amazing. I'd absolutely recommend it.

We came back to see Andreas and Iris Lauterbach after 25 years and felt right at home. They were wonderfully hospitable, and the food was fantastic. Highly recommended!

We spent a week there and found the rooms modern and very clean. The spacious bathroom gave two people plenty of room. Dinner was a delicious three-course menu that changed each evening. Breakfast was generous, with food adjusted to guests' wishes, and scrambled eggs available on request. The hosts were very nice.

The walk up to the guesthouse is quite a climb, but the stay was lovely: beautiful rooms, a good breakfast, and very friendly hosts. Half-board is generally offered only for stays of at least two nights, though you can ask about it for a one-night stay. It's well worth it, with very good food at a reasonable price.
