The salad is especially good, and it comes with most main courses. It’s a solid German restaurant, with good food and beer, and eating here won’t break the bank. They can get busy, so make a reservation. It’s a nice place for a date night or to bring family and friends who are visiting.

It was the middle of summer and there were no fans in the rooms. There was no mini fridge, microwave, or laundry room either, and the price was extremely high. I was lucky to use my government credit card, so it didn’t come out of my pocket, but I’d never choose to stay at this hotel myself.

I love the atmosphere in this converted old barn, especially the cool cellar where they’ve set up tables. The food is great, and their tomato soup is fabulous. This is my favorite restaurant in the area.

The umbrella outside was filthy and smelled moldy. The food was awful too: the soup was so salty it was inedible, and the schnitzel was overfried and loaded with salt.

The diner’s breakfast was decent. The place is tucked quietly among several businesses, near a busy thoroughfare and exchange, but it’s also close to major highways.
