Plus Punkt Private Spa

I wouldn't sign a contract there because of Laura Baumeister, a very unpleasant, unfriendly employee, and the unfriendly service staff. The place has a construction-like atmosphere. I even wrote to management and got no response. They behave as though everyone else is the only one who can't cope with Ms. Baumeister's work ethic.

I'm disappointed with Plus Punkt because there aren't any suitable courses for me right now. Most seem aimed at very athletic people. Back training was the only one that suited me, but it was moved an hour earlier, so I can't attend around my work schedule. The Thursday 5:30 pm class also overlaps with another course. The frequent schedule changes, especially to class times, are inconvenient when you plan around them, and last-minute cancellations, sometimes just two hours beforehand, are frustrating. Pelvic floor training sounds good, but it's only available once in the morning and on Sunday at 6 pm, which is hardly a realistic time for many people.

Our onsen suite was fantastic, especially the steam room and huge bathtub. The massage from the owner was really pleasant and good, and there was a wide range of fitness options and beauty treatments. Breakfast was decent, with really great rolls, and the restaurants nearby were really good. The mattresses weren't comfortable, though, and the rooms were noisy. You can get everywhere easily by car, but walking is less convenient. The place clearly focuses on wellness and fitness rather than the hotel itself, which makes sense from a service perspective.

The sauna was lovely, and the whirlpool was very high quality. We felt at home, with friendly, accommodating staff, and will certainly come back. A peaceful little break from everyday life. Breakfast was more than enough, fresh and delicious. It was a dream, keep it up. 👍👍👌
