It’s cheap lodging, with a bathroom, TV, small fridge, and fan in the rooms. There are two shared kitchens, a little parking at the back, and another parking space about 100m down the street. You collect your key from a coded box by your room door, as there’s no check-in counter. My stay wasn’t very pleasant because all the rooms were full of workers with poor manners. I suppose that might not be the case in summer.

The bed was comfortable and clean, and my room had a bathroom, TV, and fridge. The kitchen was available for everyone to use, which was a plus. The WiFi signal was very weak, though. Nice place in a good location.

The stairs had vomit and other rubbish at the bottom, with pizza boxes left out and a crate full of alcohol bottles that hadn’t been emptied. The place felt unwelcoming. In the room, the property was in poor condition, with mold in the wall corners, dangerous exposed electrical wires in the bathroom, and an unclean kitchen microwave. I stayed one night, barely slept, and didn’t feel comfortable. I don’t recommend it. I’d like to revisit someday and hope they make changes so it’s clean and suitable for guests again, because right now it isn’t.

We’ve been putting our employees up at this guesthouse for quite a while, and they’ve always been very satisfied. The staff are helpful, the prices are reasonable, and I can honestly recommend the place.
