The restaurant was lovely, and we enjoyed the food. Staff were kind and helpful, and our room was cozy with a decent amount of space for the two nights we stayed with our toddler. The bathroom was tiny, but we managed. There’s an indoor pool too, though we didn’t have time to use it. We also enjoyed walks with our son, and it’s clear many guests come for cycling, with all the bike lanes around. The hotel itself is nice, especially given that there isn’t much entertainment nearby. Sitting in the sun on the terrace was great, but the garden has very little for young kids. There’s an older slide that didn’t interest my son, and a chessboard, which isn’t really for small children. A few more things for kids to do would make the stay even better.

Friendly, helpful staff added to the good atmosphere here. The hotel is well cared for and set in the beautiful German countryside, with hiking trails close by. There are also dining areas, a pool and a playground on site. Definitely worth visiting.

The staff were really good, and there are plenty of facilities. I’d recommend the hotel, including for the bowling-like area they have.
