Blaues Haus am See

We had a great stay and would happily come back. The apartment is especially convenient for families: there’s a changing mat, potty seat, stool, and several high chairs, so you don’t need to pack much. It’s also an easy walk to the lake and shops. A few practical things could be better. There weren’t enough trash bags or any dishwasher tablets, and the cupboards in the living area were packed with games, art supplies, and other items, leaving almost no room for our belongings. The vacuum cleaner by the entrance also took away from the holiday feel. The kitchen itself is well equipped. The spiral stairs up to the bedrooms are quite steep, so they could be difficult for small children or anyone with mobility issues. The larger bedroom has a mosquito screen on the balcony door, but the smaller one doesn’t, and it might be worth adding one. We didn’t try the sauna or bathtub because the weather was already warm. It’s a lovely vacation apartment.
