Bungalow Am Wassergrundstuck

We came away feeling completely relaxed, and our dog Elvis felt right at home and was free to roam around. The property is magnificent, right on Lake Scharmützel, and it’s such a peaceful place if you want to unwind. The apartment has everything you could need, and our hostess made us feel very welcome. For me, one of the loveliest things was looking out from the balcony into the forest beside us, whatever the time of day. We also spent every evening on the boathouse terrace, relaxing on cushioned loungers and watching the sunset. The secluded property is surrounded by woods and has direct lake access, a real treat for nature lovers. We rented a spacious apartment designed for five, with plenty of room for us. Access is by spiral staircase. Bikes, paddle boats, and stand-up paddleboards can be rented from the landlady. Nature lovers will definitely get their money’s worth here.

Being able to swim straight from the property and watch the evening light over Lake Scharmützel says plenty about the setting. Paddlers can head along the lake to Bad Saarow, or take the small lock through Lake Glubig and Lake Spring in a beautiful natural forest. There’s also a large private boathouse where boats and kayaks can be stored, which makes the apartments especially appealing for canoeing and kayaking. The grounds are beautifully landscaped and impeccably cared for, and the apartments are comfortable, tastefully decorated, and very well equipped. Mrs. Annerose Gnädig is polite and incredibly helpful. I work in landscaping, and I still wonder how she manages to keep such a lovely property in shape. Lenne would have been delighted. We had a really enjoyable weekend at this well-kept property right by Lake Scharmützel ☀️🏖️🌅🛥️🗺️. There was room to store our small boat ⛵ and bicycles 🚲, too. The landlady was very friendly and accommodating, and the resident dog Lulu 🐕 kept us entertained. Just don’t leave your shoes outside, Lulu likes to hide them and might even bury them 😂 Thank you so much! 👪 😀👍👍👍
