There’s a sauna right in the apartment, and the view is simply breathtaking. For the price, the place is hard to beat.

The apartment itself was lovely, but the logistics and a couple of details let it down. There’s only one key for four beds, and leaving it in the combination-lock mailbox 100 meters away doesn’t work as an alternative. Letting the other person in only helps if you’re not showering or napping, which really isn’t acceptable in such a new building. I also took off half a point for the much longer parking spaces and another half because I think the utility shaft smelled musty. That’s why I deducted one star for the key issue.

The terrace is lovely, with a view over the harbor and Baltic Sea. The building sits on the water, though it’s quite noisy.
