We stayed January 4-6, and the spa pool and views over Schweilosee were spectacular. We'd been in a bad mood after getting caught in the major power outage in Berlin, which left around 50,000 homes without heat, but this beautiful place lifted our spirits. The staff made the stay, especially Nathalie, who looked after the pool area with such care and always greeted us warmly. And Mariia in the restaurant was a star, hardworking and so warm. She made breakfast feel like home. Thanks for everything, highly recommend.

The lake view from the rooms is amazing, and the hotel is right by the water. It's also close to Potsdam, so visiting is easy, and there's a large parking area. The staff were very friendly, breakfast had everything you could imagine, and the conference center was spacious.

The evening buffet cost 40 euros per person without drinks, which felt extremely overpriced for what it offered. We tried it just once. The morning buffet was much nicer and varied, and we started each day there. The hotel has lovely rooms and apartments in picturesque surroundings by the water, and all the staff were friendly and helpful.

This was our third visit, and we had another great stay. We woke up to snow and had a blast in the gardens. Thanks to the staff for giving us carrots and tomatoes for our snowman 👍

The food wasn't very enjoyable, and I had stomach pain after eating. The hotel itself is decent, with indoor and outdoor pools, a sauna, and a gym. There are also mini soccer goals and a table tennis table.
