The waitress who checked me in was friendly, sharp, and clearly working hard. The hotel itself is a cute, classic four-room place, built in what I think was an old parish building, with a nicely sized restaurant. I ate well there too, and there were lots of choices if you eat meat or fish, plus a couple of vegetarian dishes. Breakfast was the usual German spread, bread with deli meats, cheese, and egg. It was good for what it is.

On the drive from Prague to Munich, I stopped here for a meal. Everything was fresh and tasty, and the service was good. Such a cute little town, too!

The flexible check-in is a real bonus: with prior arrangement, you can arrive and check in yourself at any hour. I've stayed here for more than 30 nights and eaten at the restaurant regularly. The whole team made each stay pleasant, and I'm grateful for the hospitality. This stylishly renovated country inn sits in a very well-preserved 300-year-old building. I'd recommend the rooms and restaurant, breakfast included. Excellent, see you soon.
