Ambiente et Art

The room had everything I needed, including towels, a hairdryer, body wash, mineral water and a little refrigerator. The bed was super comfortable, and the duvet was very soft. I was pleasantly surprised, and nearby restaurants and a supermarket were handy for my one-night stay. Check-in went smoothly, and the friendly, helpful lady at reception arranged a taxi for the next morning. It arrived on time, so you can rely on her. I just wish I’d known beforehand that check-in is in the neighboring building, so I wouldn’t have had to haul my suitcases from point A to point B.

The Wi-Fi in my room was so weak I couldn’t use it, and there aren’t enough parking spaces for everyone, though I found a place on the nearby street. Restaurants and shops are within walking distance. The rooms are decent and breakfast is good. I stayed for a trade fair appointment, and the location is very convenient for visitors to the Düsseldorf trade fair.

The room was a bit warm, and since it faces a fairly busy road, opening the window wasn’t an option. Still, it’s very handy for departures from Düsseldorf Airport. The staff were friendly, and breakfast was super good.

The tram connection is excellent. The little hotel was nice, though a bit overpriced. If you’re visiting in summer, I’d avoid an attic room. It was unbearably hot, even with the window open.
