8/10
The room I had was comfortable, well arranged and quite spacious, which made it easy to move around and handle my luggage. My friend’s room was a little smaller, and if I’d had that one, I probably would have rated the stay slightly lower. The hotel’s location, design and cleanliness are key things I look at when choosing a place. The sink area in the bathroom was quite small and not very practical. Improving it would add value and bring the hotel closer to being truly excellent.

We slept really well, with no street noise at all. The beds were comfortable, and though the rooms were small, they were perfectly fine. Soap, shampoo, body cream and a hair dryer were all provided. Breakfast was a particular highlight: nicely presented, with lots of healthy choices, and you could eat very well. We especially appreciated the staff in the breakfast room. Everyone was well presented, attentive and very clean. Five stars from us for everything.

The people working at the Fritz's make the difference. They’re professional and friendly, and we’d give them all the extra stars. The hotel also has what you need: it’s clean, well located, easy to reach by public transport, and serves a good breakfast.

Great location, a decent breakfast and friendly staff. The ventilation was the big problem. Dust and lint were clearly floating around in the air, and I woke up with watery eyes and a runny nose. The symptoms got worse each morning and went away as soon as I got home.

A cozy, nice room, a warm welcome and kind service. Breakfast was satisfying, and the cappuccino was good! The hotel is well located near important spots in dusseldorf, and it’s easy to get there from HBF on the 708/709 or U.
