I liked chatting with the staff. Most were super friendly, supportive, and kind, and special thanks to Mahmoud, Leon, Parastoo and Željko. The hotel and rooms were very clean, and room service was very good. The Japanese-style room design felt a bit odd to me, though it might suit you if you like that style. The garage also didn’t have enough parking spaces. I’m looking forward to seeing you all again!

The location is amazing, right in the center and close to everything. Parastoo gave us a gracious welcome at check-in and upgraded our rooms at no extra charge. We really appreciated her professionalism, warmth, and friendly manner. She gave our stay a wonderful start and made us feel genuinely welcome.

The temporary €242 authorization is still blocked on my credit card more than two weeks later, although I was told it should be released within 10-14 days. The €247 charge went through correctly, but the pre-authorization is still frozen and has caused a lot of unnecessary stress. For what I paid for one night, I expected much better service. I raised my concerns during the stay and didn’t feel they were taken seriously. The hotel apologized by email later, but offered no compensation. I regret choosing this hotel. My room wasn’t clean, the toilet brush was lying in the middle of the bathroom floor, and the general condition was disappointing. I’ve traveled a lot and never experienced anything like it. I can’t recommend the place. I hope they improve the cleanliness, service, and payment handling for future guests.

The hotel is in central “little tokjo“ in Dusseldorf, which is a plus. The rooms were clean, though just average, and breakfast and the other catering, including the coffee quality, were okay but nothing special. Free bottled water, wow. The staff didn’t feel very welcoming. Maybe they were too busy making sure they looked good. It seems suitable for lower management types on a business trip, but I can’t really recommend it.
