Aura Pension Brockenblick

The terrace gave us a beautiful sunset one evening, though sadly it rained the next. Drinks from the fridge are self-serve, and you just write down what you take, then settle the bill at the end. Breakfast was generous and delicious. The house and rooms were very clean, and Mr. Schmidt and his team were friendly and accommodating. It's easy to walk into town, though the climb is a bit steep. We highly recommend staying here!

It's a peaceful place, and Wernigerode's old town is an easy 15-minute walk away. The way back is a bit steep uphill, though there's also a bus stop. The house is built into the hillside and has a great view. We got a warm welcome, the room was spotless, and breakfast was plentiful and delicious. The staff do their best to meet every wish and offer excursion tips. We'd gladly return.

The breakfast had a great range of choices, and the hosts were very friendly. We had a wonderful weekend, and the rooms were tidy and clean. Highly recommend!

For five days we stayed in the lovely garden cottage, where the rooms were cozy and had a small kitchen for cooking for ourselves. The staff were so warm, attentive, and friendly. On my birthday they treated us to a lovely sparkling wine breakfast, with savory and sweet spreads. We highly recommend the Aura Pension Brockenblick. Thanks for a wonderful stay! :) Stay healthy!
