The food was delicious, and the staff were kind, friendly, and helpful. It's close to the marketplace too, which is a plus. Really nice place to stay, with a lovely view of the surrounding area. 💯 recommend 🫶

The hostess was so friendly, and our room was clean and comfortable. We loved hearing about the hotel's history, and the breakfast had lots of options. It's an easy walk to the old town, and you can walk to the castle too. We were extremely happy with our stay from the moment we arrived. Thank you!

The hotel and its location were both lovely, and everything else was good. The breakfast spread looked fancy, but there wasn't enough food or variety, especially for tourists from different countries. I understand it's a small town where not much is available, but the basic breakfast could still have been better.

It feels like a little castle, and the rooms were huge and very comfortable. The hotel is adorable, probably the cutest and prettiest in Wernigrode. Parking was free and there was plenty of it. Staff were lovely and helpful, and gave us a little discount booklet for local attractions and dining. We also made good use of the umbrellas they lend out. The castle is just behind the hotel, up a short but steep walk. Getting down to the main square and most dining options takes a bit more effort. Breakfast was a great buffet. We loved our stay and absolutely recommend it.

We had a great stay at a reasonable price, with a lovely view and lots of natural light in our room. The breakfast was excellent. Just be aware that some rooms look much better than others.
